Cancellation Policy

Timeframe of Cancellation: Please notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client in need of our services.

Timeframe of Reschedule: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. This enables us to adjust our schedule accordingly and accommodate your new preferred time.

Penalty if the Appointment is Missed: In the event of a missed appointment without prior notice or cancellation within the specified timeframe, a fee of [Specify Fee] will be charged.
